West Lafayette Moving Service

For customers moving locally in West Lafayette, Guys and Dollies has a move-only service that doesn't include storage, specially built for Purdue University students. If you do not see any appointments available online, please email the Purdue University office ([email protected]) for an appointment. Our West Lafayette moving service is open every day during the summer, and can create a custom appointments that fit in your schedule.

No extra fees!

The pricing for our West Lafayette moving service is as easy as possible. We charge based on an hourly rate of $160/hr that starts when our movers arrive and ends when they finish with only a one and a half hour minimum. Unlike typical West Lafayette movers, we do not charge for mileage or fuel, and our movers' time does not begin until we arrive at your location.

Our movers are incentivized to finish quickly!

We build our truck routes specifically to ensure that each move is completed in a timely fashion. You will not catch our West Lafayette movers folding moving blankets endlessly or sweeping out the truck to increase the hourly charges.

Don't have enough room when you move in?

Sometimes with new roommates, you end up with too much stuff for your new location. If everything won't fit in your new place, you can send some items to our West Lafayette storage warehouse with our long-term storage service. Simply let the movers know at your appointment, and they can bring those pieces back to the warehouse.

Low-cost supplies, delivered to you for free!

Guys and Dollies is also the only West Lafayette moving service that provides free deliery of boxes and a large, complimentary supply kit of packing materials, to make sure you are completely prepared for your appointment. We have worked for more than a 15 years to ensure that we are providing our customers with quality supplies. From double-walled, extra-sturdy boxes to industrial bubble wrap, we will deliver all the tools you need directly to your door.

Due to increasing costs, supplies are not free for move-only service, but prices are cheaper than local stores for boxes and bubble wrap. For move-only service, boxes cost $5/each and bubble wrap costs $5/roll. We will still provide the rest of the supply kit at no cost, including tape, packing paper, plastic wrap, labels, string tags, luggage tags, and markers. Supplies are still free for storage services.
